Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations
Please be aware that Psych Congress does not sell or distribute Psych Congress attendee lists to any third-party vendor. If you have been approached by a third-party vendor to purchase a Psych Congress conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a Psych Congress attendee list, please report them to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders. We send them cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests.

Is my booth furnished?
Booth reservations only include backwall and sidewall drapes and an identification sign with your company name (excludes island booths). Carpet, electrical, furniture, etc. are not included. The Exhibit Hall is not carpeted, and floor covering is mandatory. All booth-related items can be ordered through Freeman.
What is included with my booth?

- Company listing in the Psych Congress Conference Guide (if submitted after 6/23/23, descriptions will be listed in mobile app)

- Identification sign with your company name (excludes island booths)
How can I order badges?
Exhibitors do not have limitations on the number of exhibitor badges required to staff your booth. Exhibitor badges only allow access into the Exhibit Hall. During Exhibit Hall hours, installation and dismantling (I&D) staff are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall unless they remain within the confines of your booth. Registration will be open by 6/30/23
As an exhibitor, can I attend conference sessions outside of the exhibit hall?
No. To attend educational sessions, exhibitors/sponsors qualify for discounted rates. Discounted rates and registration instructions will be provided in the upcoming months.

Are children allowed in the exhibit hall or sessions?
Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during installation or dismantling. For insurance reasons, children are not permitted on the show floor at any time. Due to limited seating capacity and the highly technical nature of the programs, children under the age of 18 are not invited to attend presentations.
